Vintage Mosler Cannonball Safe Time Lock Box, 3 Timers

Up for sale is a Mosler cannonball safe time lock device with watch timer mechanisms imported by the Herman D Steel Co. of Philadelphia.
It’s very heavy and made of solid brass with (3) individual timer mechanisms inside. I don’t have the key for the lockbox but have included a very simple “homemade” key that opens the door just fine. Since these were located inside the vault door, they didn’t need to be high security.
It measures 6” x 5 x 2 3/4” and a perfect conversation starter for your upcoming holiday get-togethers!
The brass housing has deep, brown patina that takes a very long time to acquire. The timer mechanisms could be wound up and probably use a standard sized key found in most wind up mantle clocks.
