Vintage Metal Document Lock Box w combination. CB Sillyman Pottsville PA. Black metal document storage box from Pottsville Pa . With combination lock device, I'm not sure how it works, but the dial does spin. The box has some scuffs and scratches and wear marks to show it has been used. It is in good overall shape. Nice advertising piece with CB Sillyman all lines of Insurance, 2nd and Mahantango St. Pottsville PA,  printed on the lid.
Stamped on the front is Mnfd PN Co. Fullton ILL,  USA . Measures 11"x6"x3" and weights about 1.5 lb.
