Overall condition: Very Good
Additional Notes
1. The glue on the inside of the back cover has dried. Due to this, the very edge of the last page is visible, exposing the staples. Both the front and back covers, however, open and close normally.
2. The bottom edge of this sheet has creases and an area of missing paper (see 3rd-to-last image).
Two small tears (1/4" [0.64 cm]) along the edges were mended with archival-grade tape.
