    Stepped Rabbeting Router bits
    are designed to cut double rabbets for picture frames and mirrors in one pass allowing space for the glass or artwork and backing. The router bit cuts a 1/4" deep front rabbet for glass or mirror and an additional 3/8" back rabbet for artwork and backing board.
    Rugged PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) BriteView™ coating not only protects but the bright yellow color provides better visibility for safer operations.
    Micro-grain carbide cutting surfaces have been diamond honed to 800 grit for minimal tear-out and smoother surface quality.
    CNC-machining to +/-0.001" tolerances and dynamic balancing help ensure vibration-free operation.
