I receive pre-owned and new items daily.  All are cleaned (to the extent of what the item is, ie, if vintage or collectable, I will wipe down only), checked for damages, most are tested, I buy if it is noted that it is tested and works, I also test the item if I can.

I package and ship sometimes with used boxes and I puff and fluff for item safety - I do my best to reuse when I can.  I also use USPS packaging as needed.
I do what I can to shop and bring items to you at reasonable cost.  I try to ensure you receive your item timely and without damage.  I describe, provide photos and answer questions the best that I possibly can.  If I made a mistake, or you have a concern, just let me know and I am sure I can make it right.  I do my best for you which in turn lets me do my best for my family.
