Vintage not worn but was on display at a boutique. Fits someone tall measurement from shoulder to floor is 68inches. Measurement from shoulder to shoulder is 21” inches. Material is black velvet lining is a silk like material. Black lace is around bottom of cape. Embellishments around arm hole of cape. Sequin design on front and back of cape. Six embellishments topped with rhinestone buttons with ruching design to create flare at bottom of cape. Design by Katherine invested many hours into designing and creating this particular design.
