This is a Fiesta ® Dinnerware Medium Serving Bowl made by The Homer Laughlin Chins Company.  Homer Laughlin china is lead free as well as microwave and dishwasher safe and can also be used in the oven and freezer.
Even though most people call this Fiestaware, The Homer Laughlin China Company requires their Fiesta ® line be called Dinnerware.
The Serving Bowl is also called a soup or cereal bowl is Persimmon orange colored.  It is about 6 7/8 inches diameter across the top and holds about 19 ounces.
This has never been used, but does not include any factory box or packaging.  THIS IS NEW FACTORY SECONDS.  There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. Seconds will have a minor manufacturing flaw such as a glaze miss, sand bump, minor scratches or scuffing, etc.  Please look at the photos.
