Pro Stock CCM U+ CL Hockey Pants.  These are from the Clarkson University Golden Knights hockey team and are size Medium.
These pants are more of a modern fit, a little more anatomical fitting than the traditional, more "box" type of shape in the older hockey pants.  They're super light and super comfortable, while still providing professional level protection.
An interesting feature of these pants is that there is a zipper around the upper that you can unzip to add 1" of length to the legs, to accommodate someone a little taller than those that would traditionally wear a medium.
The pants have been game worn.  They have been cleaned up and washed since.  There are marks, board burns and general game usage.  See photos for details.  There is still plenty of life left in the pants.
