These barrels were rejected by STI.  The box says

The barrels had .444 and .443 - .445 written on the side.  These were .45 caliber barrels.
We are selling these as-is.
We are not gunsmiths or artists, and have no idea how this can be used.
It should be given to a certified gunsmith to determine what can or cannot be done with it.

Description:
STI Barrel, 6.0" Bull .450 Caliber Short Chambered, Engraved .45 ACP.  Perfect for your next .45 ACP build, this barrel is forged for quality and consistency.
STI barrels are made from 416 rifle grade stainless steel billet forgings. The bore is gun drilled, button rifled, then air gauged to offer the most exacting size and finish to make this the most consistent barrel available. The rifling is 1 in 16 twist and has six lands and grooves. The barrels are vacuum heat treated and vacuumed tempered to 40Rc, then machined to exacting specifications. The barrels are short chambered to allow gunsmiths to cut the chamber to their application. Extra material at feed ramp, hood, locking lugs and muzzle allow precise fitting. Barrels are supplied with a generic short chamber which can be opened up to accept any of the popular pistol cartridges. Fully ramped with Wilson/Nowlin-style ramp for reliable feeding. It is the purchaser's responsibility to make certain that all part(s) are correctly fitted & installed. The purchaser and the installer of parts must accept FULL responsibility for the correct adjustment and functioning of the firearm after such installation.
