Antique Lock Box by Yale & Towne for safekeeping documents or other stuff.
Painted black with gold trim and red accent.
Comes with the key - The key is impressed with the name Yale and Towne, Stamford, Conn, USA.
The lock works, and the box needs to be locked to keep the lid closed when using the handle to lift it.
Not sure of the exact age, but around 75-100 years old.
The paint has wear, scratches and scuffs, one corner has some rust, all appropriate for age. Pictured.
Measures:
10.5" long, 7.25" wide and 4.25" deep.
