The Yale & Towne Time Safe Locking Mechanism. It is in working order as the mechanism itself and has not been tested as part of the whole, and looks very nice with a few minor scratches and discoloration on timepiece face. It has been wound up to 12 hours and is winding down correctly and timely. It has times ranging from 0 to 120 hours. This item was recovered from an estate and is sold as is. It is only the mechanism and box we received it in, a wind-up key is not included. It looks to be an early 1900's mechanism, but the exact year is unsure. It has the serial number 5003 engraved on the front of the metal face, and "X63, 67, 71" scratched onto the back, it is barely noticeable. Please email me with any questions. Thank you!
