Antique Metal Bank Safe Deposit Box Drawer Vintage Lock Pallottine Keychain

Check out this incredible piece of history - an antique metal bank box with functional lock and key.  Adorned on the front of the box is a brass colored label holder with the name tag of it's previous owner, "Ole Kvilhaug", and the bank box number (153) is painted on the front as well.  The key and lock are functional, so you can keep your things locked safely inside.  The key is on a keychain from "Pallottine Missionaries" in Baltimore, MD, which is valued at approx. by itself.  The front of the keychain says " Protected Property of" and has a sticker labeled Ole Kvilhaug.  Feel free to replace with your own personalized label, or leave it as is and let your imagination wander as to where this box may have come from, what Ole's life might have been like, and what kind of contents may have been secured inside.  Origin date and location are unknown.  Box measures approx. 16" x 5.5" x 3.5".
