The Unruh family was a prominent land owning family in the Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia. Paint has chipping and damage in places. One hinge acorn is missing. Original Sargent & Greenleaf Combination Lock. Safe is open. Combination is not know, but can be set by next buyer. Condition of lock unknown but dial seems smooth. Inner drawers include keys. Condition is "Used". Local pickup only. Unit is located in a garage and can easily be wheeled out for pickup. Likely weighs 500+ lbs. Buyer to arrange pickup. Cannot assist with transport.
