    Black Velvet Cape
    Lined
    2 Arm holes
    Pretty Ruffle Collar  - White Flower pin attached
    Nice black button at neck
    No other closures.
    Velvet is aged - see Photos - no rips or tears in the velvet
    lining has been mended many times in seams and a few seams need to be sewn .
    Condition:  As Is  - Good antique condition  - fabric shows wear as in discolor or against the grain coloring on the velvet -no holes or rips in the velvet - but needs tlc and not perfect.
    I recommend dry cleaning of preowned clothing
