Up for sale in this auction is a wonderful large lot of vintage dolls and accessories from Ideal's Tammy's Family line....with everything in excellent condition! Includes rare and hard to find items including the dolls, carrying case, clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Here is a list of everything that is included:
1) Vinyl carrying/storage case for Pepper and Patti dolls. Measures 14.5 x 10 x 3 inches in size. Super clean condition for an item of this vintage with no tears or rips. All of the inner compartments are included and in excellent condition.
2) TWO Tammy's Family "Pepper" dolls....Tammy's little sister. The first doll is wearing an aqua blue and white skirt over a romper and white panties. These clothes do not have tags but appear original to the doll. She is 9 inches tall, has blondish-brown hair and freckles. On her back there are marks that say "Ideal Toy Corp G-9-W 1". On the back of her neck, it says "Ideal Toy Corp G9-E". The clothes are in great shape with the closures all intact. No stains, tears, rips, etc. The doll itself is super clean without any damage to the plastic. No discoloration, dents, bite marks, etc.
The second Pepper doll is wearing a hoodie and denim jeans. The hoodie has "Pepper" written on the outside. The jeans have a tag inside that says "Pepper". She is also 9 inches tall and has freckles and blondish-brown hair. Her neck mark is the same as the doll above. The mark on her back is "Ideal Toy Corp G-9-W 4". This doll is also in excellent condition without damage to the plastic. No dents, bite marks, discoloration, etc. The clothes are clean without stains, tears, rips, and with all closures intact.
3) The third doll is a very rare limited edition doll from the Tammy's Family collection. This is Patti, Pepper's friend. This doll was a 1965 Montgomery Ward exclusive and is very difficult to find at all, let alone in such wonderful condition! She is also 9 inches tall and is wearing a dress with a red top and plaid skirt, with white panties. There is a tag inside the dress that says "Pepper Ideal Japan". The clothes are in excellent condition without any damage or wear. The mark on the back of the neck is "Ideal Toy Corp G9-L". The mark on the back is "G-9-W 1".
***All of these items are from a non-smoking home and have been in storage for many years. The doll's hair appears all original; I am not familiar enough with these dolls to know if any of the hair has been cut. Please look at all the photos carefully and I will do my best to answer any questions you might have.
4) Extra clothes: Red and white flannel pajamas-tag in top is "Tammy's Family"; a blue and white romper that has a "Pepper" tag; red and white polka dot romper-no tag. All of the clothes are in wonderful vintage condition.
5) 3 pairs of white plastic shoes. Only the largest of these fits these dolls. The other two pair are a bit smaller. All in great condition.
6) 4 plastic hangers that say "Ideal-Tammy's Family". These can be used to hang clothes inside the carrying case. No damage to these.
7) A group of accessories that includes the pieces to a ping pong set, including a small tote bag (no ping pong balls). The tote bag has a few light brown stains but otherwise in great shape. There is also a shuffleboard set including the 2 sticks, 2 discs, and the plastic mat.
