1911 F Germany - Wurttemberg - Wilhelm II & Charlotte Silver Wedding Anniversary - Silver 3 Mark - NGC Proof PF 63 High Bar.  Very RARE variety (valued at 7-8x "Normal" bar).  One of the few varieties required for a complete Empire or States type set.
Low population at NGC & PCGS.
