1883 Letter & Price List Hough Sons Brandy Wine Bourbon Whiskey Dealer Baltimore

You are bidding on an old original letter, on the letterhead of Robert Hough & Sons, Importers of Brandies, Wines, etc., and dealers in Rye and Bourbon Whiskey, 44 South Street, Baltimore.  It does not state it but I assume it was from Baltimore, Maryland.  Also included is the companies 1883 liquor price list.   The letter measures approx. 9” x 5 ½” and the price list measures approx. 8” x 5”.  The letterhead was printed on normal paper, but the price list was printed on VERY LIGHT PAPER, EVEN LIGHTER AND MORE FRAGILE THAN ONION SKIN PAPER. It was folded, as printed, vertically in about half and IS
VERY FRAGILE AND WILL WILL WILL TEAR EASILY WHEN UNFOLDED OR OPENED SO BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT.
The price list and letter have probably been folded, as sent originally and have been in that state for a long time, possibly 100 years without being read, unfolded or opened, of course this is just a guess on my part BUT, it does not appear to have been opened very often.  The letterhead is in lower condition because of multiple moisture spots, 3 small holes in the paper, a short tear and separation at the top horizontal fold, a little wear at the corners and edges, creases at the corners, other creases and handling creases, and other wear. There is similar wear on the back of the letterhead.  The price list was also folded twice plus another fold and is a little smaller than the letterhead.  There is a little wear at the corners, one small tear at a fold, some other light crease and /or handling creases and it has darkened with time.   PLEASE EMAIL ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
