10 Very Large Sugar Pine Cones from Sierra Nevadas in Lake Tahoe. VINTAGE!!! Back in the 80’s I lived in Lake Tahoe.
Before moving to the East Coast I gathered up a dozen or so giant pinecones. To this day, they are still exquisite works of art, nature at its best! I packed them up and just recently unpacked them. I’m in the process of downsizing so they have to go.They measure between 13 and 16 inches (see photos) and are approximately 15 inches in circumference. There are a few that are not perfect on one side(see photos), and they do not all have the stems.
